Attendees will also learn about being ‘In Flow"’ – immersion in activities that bring total focus, creativity and personal fulfilment.
All attendees are required to complete a confidential strengths questionnaire and Happiness Index as pre-work, which will be assessed and handed back at the workshop. Comprehensive discussion on strengths will take place in group context at the workshop, allowing delegates to also recognize strengths in others. Delegates will be given an opportunity to re-take the Happiness Index at the end of the workshop to measure personal
growth.
The workshop draws on current research, examples from the lives of famous people and the personal experiences of attendees. Examples and guidelines are provided for reframing negative emotions and behaviour into positive outcomes in a practical and sustainable
way.
